Head Age Group Coach

Lindsay Kenney joined Texas Ford Aquatics in the fall of 2014.  Lindsay was a member of the City of Plano swimmers for 12 years and attended Plano Senior High School. While at COPS, under the direction of Coach Steve Mateer, Lindsay earned an athletic scholarship to Florida State University. At FSU, Lindsay was an NCAA qualifier, an ACC Champion, Rookie of the Year, and voted Team Captain her senior year. After graduating, Lindsay moved to South Florida where she began her coaching career for Fort Lauderdale Aquatics at the Swimming Hall of Fame in Fort Lauderdale, Fl.  While in South Florida, Lindsay also became an Ocean Rescue Lifeguard where she competed nationally at surf lifesaving events and was named to the United States National Surf Lifesaving Team that traveled to Japan, Egypt, and Australia.  Before joining TFA, Lindsay had been working at the Pine Crest School as the Assistant Director of the Institute for Civic Involvement, 13 & over Head Coach for Pine Crest Swim Camp, and as Head Age Group Coach for Pine Crest Swimming. Lindsay loved her time in South Florida, but, is happy to be home and excited to be working with Texas Ford Aquatics!
