2017 Learn to Swim Summer Camp

Texas Ford Aquatics is happy to offer a learn-to-swim camp in the mornings this summer.
Beat the heat this summer and join us in our indoor facility!


All sessions will run for two weeks, Monday through Thursday.

Class Time Options:
8:30 – 9:00 am
9:10 – 9:40 am
9:50 – 10:20 am

Makeup classes will not be available.

All assessments are by appointment only.

Session 1 Dates

Learn to Swim Summer Camp Fees

$175 per session

$50 one-time registration fee

Cap and goggles are included with registration

The Learn to Swim Summer Camp is at Texas Ford Aquatics.

1. Head west on Main Street from the Dallas North Tollway.

2. Take a left at Legacy Drive.

3. The pool is located about .4 miles down the road on your right.

To sign up for our Summer Camp, you must first register for an assessment.

Assessments for each session are on a specific day

  • Session 1 assessments are June 5th – 8th
  • Session 2 assessments are June 23rd
  • Session 3 assessments are July 7th
  • Session 4 assessments are July 21st

Once your child has been assessed, you will be able to register for classes.

Can I transfer from evening lessons to morning lessons?
Unfortunately, our Learn to Swim Summer Camp is open to new clients at the present time.  Those with established evening classes will not be transferred to morning classes.

How do I sign up for lessons?
The first step to signing up for lessons is to first sign up for an assessment.

Assessments are the week before the session starts.  All assessments are by appointment only.

 

For example, if you would like to sign up for Session 3, July 10th - July 20th.  You will need to sign up for the assessment on Friday, July 7th.

What does my child need to wear?
To be in the water, all swimmers must wear a swimming suit.

A one-piece bathing suit for girls. Boys can wear a jammer or regular swimming trunks.

All swimmers will receive a pair of goggles and a team cap after registering for the Summer Camp.

All suits must be usable and modest.  Clothes, see through material, or water wings, are not allowed.
